About us
Design, construction & renovation
M. Karavas & Co. (KRVS) grew out of several partnerships that worked for more than fifteen years in the design, construction and reconstruction of private projects and commercial spaces. The company renovates homes and commercial spaces, fully or in part, supervises the implementation of third-party designs, carries out building works of small or large scale and designs residential and commercial buildings as well as interior and outdoor spaces.
The partners of the company are Michalis Karavas, Architect Engineer (NTUA), and Ioannis Karavas. Our philosophy is the effective management of every technical project, so that everyone who works with us can count on serious, safe, fast and cost-effective delivery, achieved with the skills of our partners.
The reliability and consistency of our people and partners have earned the trust of many clients in the market, who have honoured us with their cooperation.
