Privacy policy

When you send us a message we receive your name, email, phone number (if given), subject, message and any files you attach (drawings or photos). We use them only to answer your request and to give you a quote. Your files are never published without your consent.

We keep these details for as long as needed to serve you. If no order follows, they are deleted within 2 years at the latest. If an order follows, they are kept for as long as tax and other laws require.

To protect the form from automated messages (spam), it may use a verification service such as Google reCAPTCHA or Cloudflare Turnstile. The service processes technical data of your device (e.g. IP address, browser type) only to tell whether a person is filling in the form, based on our legitimate interest in protecting the website from abuse.

When enabled, we use Google Analytics to see overall statistics (e.g. how many visitors came and which pages they read). Statistics cookies are switched on only if you click “Accept” in the cookie message. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. The website stores only one necessary cookie with your choice, for 6 months.

The Google Maps map on the contact page loads only if you accept cookies or click “Show map”.

Only our company and the website’s hosting provider, which stores them on our behalf. We do not sell or pass on your details to third parties for advertising.

You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of use or portability, object to its use and withdraw any consent you have given, by writing to info@krvs.gr. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
